Nine Inter-connected neighborhoods in Manatee County
The Mote Ranch group of neighborhoods located in Manatee County consists of about 750 single family homes in nine interconnected neighborhoods. It has the added advantage of being located right on the Braden River, a convenience for boaters.
The Mote Ranch community, itself, offers a recreation center with a pool, nature trails, and a dock for launching your canoe or kayak launch into the Braden River.
Because of its proximity, residents of the several Mote Ranch neighborhoods have easy access to both challenging 18 hole, private members-only, golf courses at nearby Palm Aire. While Palm Aire is an exclusive golf club, residency in Palm Aire is not a requirement amking it an ideal
club for Mote Ranch residents to be able to join and enjoy.
All of the extensive array of shopping and dining facilities
along University Parkway, the dividing line between Sarasota and Manatee County, are close at hand as is the Sarasota - Bradenton International Airport and I-75 for those wishing to travel to Tampa Bay sporting and other venues including Busch Gardens and the Florida Aquarium.
Many single family homes in the Mote Ranch area are more affordable than in other areas with equivalent features and proximities. Homes start in the low to mid- $200'000s, although some of the more larger homes
sell for the $500,000 range.
